We are a charming farm, on the banks of the Wonderful LAKE XAVANTES, in the tourist region of "ANGRA DOCE," where we rent our 4 guest chalets!
We operate as a condominium, where the leisure area (Pool, etc.) is shared with guests!
An exclusive place for REST and RELAXATION, especially suitable for couples and families who want to be in contact with nature, in a quiet family environment!
No noise and parties allowed!
We do not have room and meal services!
The space
"HOUSE RULES" - PORTO VILLA DA MATA:
REST, RELAXATION AND TRANQUILITY:
1. Exclusive place for REST and RELAXATION, suitable for couples and small families who want contact with nature, in a familiar, quiet and harmonious environment (low ambient music only inside the rented chalet).
2. We value peace and tranquility very much, so our ENVIRONMENT IS SILENT, and noise (parties, loud talking, music, dancing,...) is prohibited in all common areas and at any time.
3. The number of people per chalet is limited to ensure safety, distancing, tranquility and privacy, and no Day use by people not staying at the chalet is allowed;
4. Always use the LOWER PATH to access the chalets, to ensure maximum PRIVACY and DISTANCE from neighboring guests! The terrace in front of the chalet is exclusive to the rented chalet, for rest, it should not be a passage;
5. Only sound equipment with LOW ENVIRONMENT SOUND (minimum) will be allowed inside the rented chalet, in order not to create unpleasant noises to other guests, and it is forbidden to bring speakers. The best music we hear here is from the birds, please don't overshadow their symphony! ABSOLUTE SILENCE FROM 10 P.M. TO 9 A.M.
SECURITY
6. Be careful when entering the river, as it is very deep, we advise the use of life jackets;
7. It is recommended to be very careful when entering the dam through the boat access ramp, as mud is formed along the river and it is very slippery, so this place is not suitable for bathing (This happens when the dam is at the highest level at the lowest level we advise entering the dam with slippers due to the stones);
8. Children must always be accompanied by parents and wear life jackets;
9. We advise against entering the woods or climbing the hill without safety equipment, such as boots, long pants, gloves, ropes, etc.;
10. We advise you to always check the inside of shoes or clothing before dressing and to leave the doors and windows of the chalets closed so as not to run the risk of wild or venomous animals entering;
11. We are not responsible for objects left in the outdoor area of the chalets. Therefore, we ask that you collect all personal objects such as shoes, clothes, etc. inside the chalets.
SWIMMING POOL
12. The pool has a depth of 1.50 meters and is, therefore, not recommended for people who cannot swim or for unaccompanied children;
13. It is forbidden to use any type of barbecue, or other flame-emitting source, in the pool patio due to the risk of accidents.
14. It is forbidden to take glass bottles and glasses into the pool area due to the risk of accidents; only cans and plastic cups may be used;
15. Pool cleaning maintenance takes place twice a week, so please take care to keep it clean (avoiding entering with tanning lotions, sunscreens, dirty feet, etc.) for everyone's good use! Guide the children well to keep the pool clean! In case of misuse, the pool will be subject to indefinite interdiction for treatment!
16. Parking the vehicle in the pool patio is not allowed;
17. The pool patio is shared, so after use, leave it in perfect clean and organized condition for use by other groups.
18. It is forbidden to use the pool area for meals.
19. The pool patio is used exclusively for relaxation and rest! Noise, parties, music, dancing, loud talking, etc. are prohibited. We recommend tranquility and discretion.
SHARED LEISURE
20. Check the specifications and recommendations for the best possible use of the leisure equipment to be used:
-Pool with kiosk;
-Water margins (almost 1000 meters of water perimeter);
- Polishop Outdoor Gym (It is possible to check the use of the equipment on YouTube by searching for the name of the device);
- Children's playground (swings, slide, bridge and climbing);
-Ramp to lower boats (you can bring your boat to navigate the dam at no extra cost);
-Floating deck for embarkation and disembarkation of boat users;
-Super safe trampoline with 4.26 m in diameter, with screen and zipper for closing (maximum capacity 100 kg, USE: BAREFOOT AND INDIVIDUAL);
-We have 4 Kayaks for rent for individual use (R$ 50/day/each). Notify us of your interest in using the kayak the day before use, so that we can make the paddle and vest available. So you can use it as soon as you wake up!
-We have 2 Bicycles for rent (R$ 50/day/each). Let us know about your interest in using the bike the day before use, so we can check the tires and give you the lock's combination. So you can use it as soon as you wake up!
ORDER
21. The keys to the chalets will be delivered as directed by message and can be returned by leaving them at the door of the chalet, or in a place to be agreed upon!
22. During the stay, we hosts, Débora and Luiz, will be available for clarification and guidance: in person, by message or by phone.
23. Daily rates vary according to the number of people, date and the cottage, and must be adjusted correctly on the site. (We do not allow Day use of extra guests).
24. The Chalets do not have service, functioning only as a conventional rental in a condominium, so we advise you to take the precaution of bringing personal items (bed linen, towels, toiletries, drinking water, food, etc.).
25. The tap water, taken from the dam, is filtered, but for consumption we advise you to bring drinking water;
26. It is not allowed to bring tents or mattresses for extra guests. However, if the hosted guest wishes to take a tent to have an outdoor camping experience with a bonfire, it is possible, on the left bank of the property, overlooking Angra Doce Island;
27. It is not allowed to take utensils from one cottage to another (if necessary, return to the original cottage after use);
28. Picking fruit from the trees or coconuts from the coconut trees is not allowed;
29. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the furniture and equipment of the farm or cottages, so any damage must be compensated;
30. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE CHALET, smoking is allowed only on the balcony of the rented chalet. (Cigarette butts must be placed in the trash);
31. THE PORTABLE CHARCOAL BARBECUE MUST BE USED ON THE TERRACE OF THE RESPECTIVE LEASED CHALET OR ON THE BANKS OF THE RESERVOIR, and it is forbidden to use it in the pool patio due to the risk of accidents and because it is a common area not intended for food;
32. Check-In and Check-Out Times:
CHECK-IN: From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: By 4 p.m. (or 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the absence of a subsequent reservation).
Any change in check-in and check-out time must be arranged in advance and confirmed the day before, so that we can pass on the instructions!
Check-out can be extended from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. if there is no guest checking in on the same day as your check-out. Please check availability for check-out extension during your stay.
COVID
33. Due to Covid, we recommend a safe distance between groups;
34. The greeting used should not have any physical contact, just waving;
35. The use of the mask is optional at great distances.
CHECK-IN AT THE CHALET:
36. THE CHALET MUST BE DELIVERED CLEAN (Dishes washed and garbage taken to the public dump). Unless you opt for extra cleaning for departure, which is R$ 150.00 per chalet;
37. THE CHALET MUST BE DELIVERED LOCKED, WITH EQUIPMENT DISCONNECTED. The doors must be locked, appliances disconnected from the outlets, the refrigerator with the door open to prevent mold, windows closed with latches, drains closed and the entrance gate locked with a padlock;
38. *** GARBAGE MUST BE PROPERLY PACKED IN PLASTIC BAGS, AND DEPOSITED IN THE PUBLIC COLLECTION BUCKET, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PAVED NEIGHBORHOOD THAT LEADS TO THE CITY OF RIBEIRÃO CLARO (The garbage collection truck passes only on the paved road, to collect the garbage from the bucket, from the neighboring farms, so the garbage produced in the cottages does not stay on the property and each guest must undertake to take their own garbage in the bucket).
PET FRIENDLY
39. We are “PET FRIENDLY”: gentle and sociable pets are very welcome at Porto Villa da Mata!
NECESSARY PREREQUISITE: BE DOCILE AND SOCIABLE with other pets, people and children!
Our environment is shared, and Pets can be free all over the farm, to circulate, swim in the dam and interact with each other!
ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY
40. We have “MEL”, a very gentle, intelligent, protective and companionable Labrador! It is no wonder that it is the most used breed to be a Guide for the Blind, Therapy Dogs and Companion Dogs!
She is our 9-year-old daughter's, so she loves children and children love Mel!
Because she is very sociable and playful, she loves to interact with guests, pets and children!
Even though Mel is very polite and careful, we always ask that you let us know if you don't like dogs, so we can leave Mel with us!
41. We also have some birds, Helmeted guineas, who are free on the property!

IMPORTANT:
* Daily rates vary according to the number of guests, and it is necessary to adjust the correct number of people in the reservation request.
* The number of guests in the chalet cannot be greater than the maximum capacity of the chalet, including children.
* Children up to 8 years old are complimentary, but the total number of guests, including children, cannot exceed 4 people in CHALET 3.
A quiet and family atmosphere, it is important to observe the rules, especially regarding the maximum number of guests and the volume of the sound, so that everyone can enjoy the environment in harmony!
