The space
Before continuing, here are 3 ELEMENTS THAT WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR APARTMENT:

1- The LOCATION of our apartment is its big strong point, because you are in the heart of the action! It is located in the Montcalm district, which is a perfect balance between the bourgeoisie and the bohemian, and brings together epicureans, sports enthusiasts and art and culture lovers in a magnificent historical environment. Head for Haute-Ville for a colourful and tasty experience!

Bookstores, theatre, museum, cinema, art galleries: Montcalm has everything you need to satisfy culture lovers. We will not miss the visit of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec (MNBAQ), a true architectural jewel that showcases Quebec and international art. To keep up with the latest film news, we're heading to Cinéma Cartier, the only downtown theatre in the city and the only one that runs a lot on weekends.

In July, the district vibrates to the rhythm of the Festival d'été de Québec: for 11 days, the city becomes an open-air concert hall, bringing together internationally renowned artists and local talents. At nightfall, on the Plains of Abraham, attending a concert by his favourite artist is a magical experience!

Add to that the Théâtre Périscope, the bookstores offering both new and second-hand books and the rich music and dance programming of the Grand Théâtre de Québec and you quickly understand why they call Montcalm the Quartier des arts!

On Cartier Avenue, where our apartment is located, even the painting invites itself on the streetlights, whose monumental lampshades are decorated with reproductions of MNBAQ works. This street is just perfect for window shopping and shopping in its pretty shops. In summer, its magnificent urban terraces are very popular, and with good reason!

2- Our apartment has one bedroom with a Queen size bed. Its large windows provide it with a beautiful luminosity. This room will be your haven of peace after long days of visiting our beautiful city of Quebec!
It is also equipped with a television and air conditioning which can be very pleasant in the summer and yes even in Quebec City!

3- The equipped kitchen will allow you to start the day with a good coffee, and to prepare small dishes if you wish.
There is of course a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and filter coffee maker to allow you to cook easily.

Here are 3 things to consider before booking:

1 - Our apartment being in a lively neighborhood and a popular avenue for its terraces in the summer it can cause night noise.

2- We do not have parking but you can find paid parking on the street.

3- The apartment is not equipped with a washer and dryer but there's a shared washer and dryer int he hallway on the second floor.
