The space
Mountain View apartment with a large balcony facing amazing Kamala City and Mountain view with slight sea view. With a location that can deliver magnificent views of the ocean and picturesque mountain views set behind the charming town of Kamala. This is perfect for holiday vacation either you are solo or with a partner.

This 43.24 sqm 1 bedroom apartment has been designed to give a modern feel throughout the room. The apartment is fully furnished with modern bathroom including washing machine, dining space, modern kitchen and a queen-size bed connecting to the balcony with a beautiful view of Kamala.

The apartment has a compact kitchen that offers all main equipment to cook up a small meal including cooking hob, sink, microwave, refrigerator and other small appliances such as kettle and toaster.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor on tower B. Access to the apartment is either by elevator or stairs or on a steep hill, guest may need to walk up sloped pathways to building entrance.

UTILITIES - Price INCLUDES Electric & Water Fee. For stays over 5 days Utilities are NOT INCLUDED.

DEPOSIT – For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable deposit when checking in to your room. This deposit is used in case of our company’s property being damaged or lost/misplaced.

CLEANING- For stays over 28 days cleaning, trash collecting, and towels changing once a month with charge 800thb per 1 bedroom /time , 2beds 1500 ThB/time. Extra cleaning will require additional fee. CLEANING FEE is cleaning after check out only, not during your stay.

Wi-Fi - code access will be given on check-in and is available within public areas of the property to help you to stay connected with family and friends. Dedicated high speed internet free of charge.

TOWELS/LINEN - Set of towels for every guest, containing bath, and face towels.

FACILITIES - Facilities free of use within the complex consist of a fitness room and swimming pool. Other facilities have additional cost.

RULES – No Smoking in Room, No Loud Noises or Partying in Room, No Durian in Room, Close AC when going outside.

Located only 5 minutes walk from Kamala Beach. There are a number of convenience stores, markets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, banks, massage shops, motorbike and car rental agencies nearby.

Kamala Beach is a popular destination for families. It used to be a very quiet beach with only Phuket Fantasea as a highlight, but its popularity expanded with the opening of the new Cafe Del Mar beach club. Kamala is still a beautiful long beach with clear waters during high season, featuring a nice amount of beach restaurants and shopping options.

The main road coming down from Patong Beach passes through Kamala, and you might keep on driving (fast) without noticing the small street right at the bottom of the hill. Kamala consists of two villages, the original Muslim town in the very back with not much happening around here, and the touristic part of Kamala built all along the beach.
