Cute 1 bedroom apartment with balcony in a well maintained vintage building close to downtown Milwaukee. Located just 5 blocks from a park overlooking the lakefront and a short walk to downtown, the art museum, and Brady Street. Just 1 block from Milwaukee’s street car, “the hop”. Grocery store is across the street and restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
The building has an on-site manager and the neighbors are quiet and respectful.

The space
Guests have access to the entire apartment including: a Living room with a large sofa and dining room table, Full kitchen with an electric stove, Bedroom with a full size bed, Bathroom with hot water and decent water pressure, and a Small balcony with table and chairs.

Other things to note
The apartment is located on the 7th floor, with elevator access. It is a nice place best for those who are quiet and respectful.
