Enjoy this spacious area for family and friend gatherings. Plenty of room for yard games, cook out, card games, or just sitting and enjoying a glass of wine .
It is a short walk to the water(Corp property), close to free boat ramp and park, and close to golf course. Fishing, boat, swimming are a few of the fun activities. It is a short drive to Waco and it's many attractions like Baylor College and Magnolia Market. Also a short drive to Fort Worth and a visit to The Stockyards.

The space
This is my heavenly JEWEL. My children, grandchildren, and myself gather here for special occasions (we just love being together). It is nothing fancy but is full of love and relaxation. It is important to me for you to enjoy this JEWEL like it was yours.

Other things to note
This place is surrounded by trees and nature and all that entails. We treat the house and surrounding area for mesquitos and insects but as nature would have it the house is in their territory. This is part of lake life. The house has a fence but still you may see a Roadrunner, Bluebirds, Cardinals, Squirrels, rodents, snakes, wasp, spiders, crickets, and geckos.
