We offer a beautiful, bright and stylish, 125 qm flat right on Orleansplatz in the heart of Munich next to Ostbahnhof.

You will reach the city center (Marienplatz) in only 5 minutes by public transportation, and a direct line to the Munich fair, airport or Oktoberfest by bus, tram, metro or train.

The apartment itself is located in renovated, monument protected building. In addition to many popular attractions, you will find all of dining and shopping right on the doorstep.

The space
While we are on holiday, we are offering you our beautiful, bright and stylishly furnished 125 m² apartment right on Orleansplatz in the heart of Munich Haidhausen / Au.

Right outside our front door you will find access to the Ostbahnhof, where you can take the bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn or tram to the trade fair, Festwiesen, city centre or airport in just a few minutes.

The apartment has 4 rooms, the large bedroom offers a 2x2 m king-size bed with a continuous mattress. If necessary, a baby cot is also available.

A fully equipped kitchen will hopefully leave nothing to be desired (see pictures) and in addition to the oven, there is a microwave, Thermomix and all other helpful kitchen appliances.

The dining room is equipped with a large table and 6 chairs and offers space for the whole family with 3 children's chairs

A small reading corner and the balcony invite you to relax.

The children's room has two beds 70x140 cm

The living room has a large sofa that can be electrically extended to sleep on it with one person.

All rooms (except the children's room) have a flat-screen TV with digital cable, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.

There is also no shortage of other technical equipment: super-fast internet and Wi-Fi for all devices, colour laser printer, scanner.

The brand new bathroom also has a bathtub, and a washing machine with a tumble dryer can be used. The toilet is separate and also brand new. Of course, fresh towels are also provided.
