You have the private annex of the farmhouse. You will have your own front door and patio doors leading to a small private outside area. Parking for 2 cars. Extremely spacious, light and uncluttered accommodation 5 miles from Insch, 11 miles from Huntly and Inverurie. Two cafes 5 minutes drive, various eateries 10 minutes drive. More formal dining 15 to 20 minutes away . Surrounded by beautiful hills with walking suitable for all abilities, Snipefield enchanted woods almost on the doorstep if you prefer a flat walk.

Bathroom with bath/shower, large utility room, kettle , toaster, stove, iron, ironing board fridge with small freezer and preparation area. Washing machine for guest staying more than 3 nights. I'm a full time yoga teacher and busy farmer's wife. East Cairhiill is a beautiful working farm in rural Aberdeenshire almost half way between Aberdeen and Elgin, 11 miles from both Huntly and Inverurie. We are in the midst of castle and whisky country, surrounded by the most incredible hills with walking suitable for all abilities, a 5 minute drive to 2 lovely cafes , or a 10 minute drive to Insch where there are various eateries.
