In a quiet hillside location on the outskirts of Pitsidia, only 1400 meters from the sea, the Villa Malo delights with spectacular sea views, modern architecture and stylish interiors, heated pool and five furnished terraces, three of them covered.
The villa is located on a private property of 4000 m², surrounded by olive trees. Ideal for nature lovers looking for something special, families or luxury holidays with friends up to 7 or with small children up to 8 people.
Villa Malo offers you high-quality equipment, privacy and first-class comfort with 170m2 of living space and 350 m2 outdoor space distributed over three levels:

Upper level:
Kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, three furnished terraces and two of them covered, weber gas grill, parking, garden, olive grove
(For families with children: the single room has a comfort bed (1.20x2.00), which fits two children)

Second level:
Double bedroom with separate entrance, bathroom and terrace, laundry room, external staircase

Third level:
42 m2 pool, with children's pool, covered terrace, dining table and chairs for 8 people, 8 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, outdoor washbasin, extra room with fridge, yoga mirror, training weights (6-8-20 KG)

Three of the five terraces have dining tables for 8 people each, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors at any time of the day.
All bedrooms have direct access to outside terraces.
The comfortable villa has a central cooling and heating system that can be individually controlled in all rooms to meet their specific needs.
The villa is also suitable for winter holidays because the under floor heating creates ideal conditions.

Pitsidia is ideally situated on the central south coast of Crete to explore the ancient palace of Phaistos, the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria", the museum of Vori and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, etc.

It is only a 7-minute walk to the center of Pitsidia with its mini markets, bakery, pharmacy, dentist and very good restaurants.
To the beautiful undeveloped sandy beach "Komos" you walk about 15 minutes on a dirt road. By car on the asphalt road you are in 5 minutes at the beach.
Twice a week there is about 21.00 live music in the village square of Pitsidia in the evening. You can get to know the music and expressive dances of Crete.
