Our home is located walking distance to Bramalea City Centre Mall, in the heart of Brampton. We are located right off the Highway 410 & Queen Street exit. Bus stop is 3 min walk. Our backyard faces a trail that leads to parks.

The space
Welcome to our new home! You are in the heart of Brampton: minutes away from Bramalea City Centre Mall & Highway 410!

You will have a bedroom on the main floor. There is a shared full bathroom on the same floor. Powder room is separate, standing shower is separate to allow individual access to both parts of the bathrooms.

If you are more than 2 guests, please let me know at the time of booking and I will arrange more mattresses for your extra guests
Kitchen and dining area are shared common spaces.

Depending on bookings there may be Airbnb guests on the same floor as yours and depending on the time, there may be students renting as well.

Guest access
Guests can access the dining area, kitchen and backyard.

During your stay
I am always available by text or phone call. I do live at this property and available to communicate in any way to make your stay more comfortable.

I am more than happy to share any guidance or answer questions regarding your stay. My family has lived in many parts of Toronto for the past 25 years and would love to make your visit easier!

Please let me know if you need any suggestions on restaurants, tourist attractions or how to get there by public transportation. I will do my best to help.

Other things to note
I have two cats that stay upstairs with me. One of them doesn't leave the bedroom upstairs. My other kitten only roams around with me or goes outside. They will NOT enter your rooms, they keep their distance from new people.
