Only 1km from historic Wollombi village and close to other wineries, this is a popular destination for concerts, wine tours & romantic getaways

Good Wifi throughout. Generally good mobile phone reception in cottage with Telstra, however Vodaphone does not seem to have very good coverage. As Wifi signal is good, alternatively phone calls can be made through viber, messenger etc.

Guest access
Turn off Wollombi Road at the 'Wollombi Wines' signs onto Charlton Street and follow the road over Wollombi Brook and you will find this hidden gem just on your left as you rise over the creek.

Highlights of this property:
Nearby walking trails
Wollombi brook
Abundant wildlife
Spectacular night sky

The cottage has a large surrounding outdoor area that is fenced and you're welcome to enjoy this space and to park your car anywhere outside the fence. The property is an operating vineyard and we ask that you do not enter the vineyard as this can present potential disease issues for the vines. We also have a main residence on site which often has family members staying and we ask that you respect their privacy. The Cellar Door is only open by prior arrangement and is currently closed for renovations.

Other things to note
One bedroom of your choice will be prepared when booked for a couple. If a bedroom has not been selected, then attic bedroom 1 will be prepared.

The Wollombi General Store does stock some grocery items however the nearest grocery store and fuel station to Wollombi is a 25 minute drive to Cessnock so I recommend coming prepared.

We regret we are unable to host your pet(s), and our no pet policy is strict. Being a working vineyard and a rural property, we bait the property accordingly which can be harmful to your pet. Pets and their scent deter the local wildlife that often roam in close proximity to the house.

If unregistered guests are to attend approval is required beforehand. No more than 4 visitors may attend throughout the day in addition to registered guests but not stay overnight. If you have unregistered guests who wish to stay overnight, please advise before your booking commences. Any additional guests wishing to stay overnight incur a fee of $125 per head per night. As the property is monitored by security cameras we have visibility to all people accessing the property.
