A four bedroom villa with stunning views over a private garden to the sea, all the way across to Gibraltar and North Africa. This spacious villa benefits from a private infinity pool with sun beds and terraces furnished with outside dining table and chairs, lounging area and gas BBQ, all set in a lovely garden with olive trees and tropical plants. There is an underground garage with space for at least 3 cars.

The villa has a full security system in place, vented hot and cold air conditioning throughout and all bedrooms have access to a terrace and incredible views.

This stylish and modern villa is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with an offset dining area. The lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa, 44" TV and and fireplace. The dining area is furnished with an extending dining table with 8 dining chairs. Both the lounge and dining area lead out to the beautifully manicured garden, terrace and pool area.
The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and also leads out onto the spacious covered terrace area . On this floor is one of the spacious bedrooms fitted with a super king size bed plenty of wardrobe space, direct access to the terrace area as well as a very spacious en suite bathroom with both bath and walk in shower. Also on this floor is a guest WC.

Take the stairs to the upper level and there you find 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is beautifully furnished with a super king size bed and offers a small sitting room area furnished with a chaise lounge and fireplace. There is also a separate large walk in wardrobe area.
Both the guest bedrooms are again very spacious, stylishly furnished with 2 singles beds, both have extensive closet space, large en suite bathrooms and access to the upper terrace.

On the basement level there is a separate utility room and the internal access to the garage.

Situated on the western side of the Costa del Sol, this is a great area to enjoy sight-seeing trips to Gibraltar and Sotogrande. There is the lovely Port of Duquesa and further along past Algeciras you can watch or take part in kite surfing and water sports at the beautiful beaches of Tarifa

Sabinillas, located between Casares and Duquesa, has grown from a fishing village into a bustling town, yet has managed to maintain its village atmosphere, making it a popular place for holidays and draws many holiday goers year round. It also enjoys a welcoming, international expat community. The village benefits from an underpass for traffic travelling along the coast and also has a lovely 2km seafront promenade to enjoy a walk in the sunshine and stop and enjoy a fantastic fish and seafood meal. The town offers many plazas or squares and municipal gardens offering a real taste of Spain, and is a host to many pavement cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and every day amenities along the Avenida Manilva. Sabinillas hosts weekly markets and rastros to visit and enjoy the whole Spanish experience.

The expansive stretches of beach along this western part of the Costa del Sol include some coveted Blue Flag beaches and offer a more rural and tranquil beach experience. The local fishermen still use the beach to launch and land their boats and bring in their haul of the day.
