This villa offers a kitchen, a colorful stay and 3 bedrooms ideal for couples, friends or family wishing to enjoy a peaceful and exotic stay in the North of MAYOTTE .
The villa has an independent wellness area offering a massage and jacuzzi (surcharge)
The space
1- The accommodation includes:
- On the ground floor : living room, an entrance, a bathroom with toilet and a walk-in shower (with washing machine),
A brand new kitchen, modern and equipped to the delight of lovers of small home dishes: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, kettle,... This one is open via a flat pass overlooking the pool and the terrace; you will not be cut off from the rest of the group.
- Outside : including billiards, swimming pool and its large terrace will seduce you and allow you to take a sunbath not overlooked and an outdoor kitchen for barbecues.
A beautiful swimming pool with its deckchairs to fully enjoy your swimming moments.
- Upstairs:2 air-conditioned bedrooms,a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, an entrance, an office space with internet access (free wifi and 4g), library, 1 Bedroom : A master suite with a double bed and a bathroom and private TV.
-Independent laundry area for laundry and ironing
Access is restricted to staff only (upon request)
-A floor 3 : an independent wellness area offers a massage and a jacuzzi during your stay (additional charge)
-Parking reserved at the side of the road is available
2 -Housekeeping
Of course the goal is to have a good stay and not to do the cleaning. However in order to keep the places clean.
The villa must be cleaned by the tenants before leaving the premises.
These are:
− Gather the sheets used in the assigned rooms
− Clean around the pool (ashtrays, cigarette butts, papers, food depot...)
− Vacuum and clean floors in case of proven dirt (mud, dust, visible floor stain…).
− Clean the 3 bathrooms of course
− Discard the glass bottles in the garbage can.
− Clean the outside of the garden and terrace (ashtrays, cigarette butts, paper, barbecue).
− In all cases, the dishes and the replacement of any furniture that may have been moved remain the responsibility of the tenant.
- For rentals of a week or more, a maid will be visiting every 3 days
for : Bedding and towel replacements, indoor and outdoor cleaning and pool cleaning.
Failing this, take a cleaning package:
− Cleaning package option: Provide cleaning fees to be given to the concierge when entering the accommodation cash : Cleaning fee €105. The cleaning (excluding dishes and replacement of furniture) can be taken care of by the owner for an amount, not included in the rental price.
− This cleaning fee may apply at the end of the stay, if the customer has not chosen to carry out the cleaning himself or if an inventory after the customer's departure indicates that the cleaning has been insufficient.
- Catering service:
For any request for meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is to be requested at the time of your reservation and you will receive all the information. ( upon reservation and with surcharge).
THE VILLA AND ITS SERVICES ARE RESERVED ONLY FOR THE TENANT PROVIDED FOR IN THE CONTEXT OF THE RENTAL.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO INVITE PEOPLE DURING THE DAY AND IN THE EVENING (GROUPING OR PARTY) UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED WITH THE OWNER.
UPON YOUR RESERVATION, THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE WILL BE SENT TO YOU FOR TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE APPLICABLE REGULATIONS OF THE VILLA, FAILING WHICH IT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ON ARRIVAL.
