Under The Eaves Inn is surrounded by Zion National Park on three sides, less than a mile from the park entrance. It is a romantic 1931 landmark home located in the heart of Springdale, Utah offering easy access to the Park entrance, shuttle stops, shops and restaurants. There are no TV's or phones in the rooms.

The Garden Cottage Lower Level The Hiker's room is in the basement of the garden cottage and has a large window looking up into the garden. The room is cool in summer and snug in winter. This bedroom contains 2 single size beds. There is a full en-suite private bathroom with tub. This room has its own outside entrance.

In 2008 we were visiting Zion National Park and stayed at Under The Eaves. I expressed to the owner at the time how much I loved the historic home and grounds. The owner replied with, "make me an offer". It took about a year to put the deal together. We purchased the Inn in 2009 and have never looked back. We thoroughly enjoy living in Springdale and operating the longest running historic Inn in the shadow of Zion National Park. We have enjoyed meeting the thousands of people that have crossed our thresholds over the years and sharing our favorite experiences we have learned about while exploring our region of southern Utah.
