Custom-built luxury lake house just one hour north of NYC! Gorgeous Greenwood Lake is packed with restaurants, bars, beaches, parks, trails, farms, wineries, and even private islands.

The space
Built by myself with a great deal of detail and well thought out floor plan giving spectacular views throughout. Open, yet private (each bedroom is on its own floor) for three couples or families with children, you can enjoy both together time and private time. The home allows for indoor/outdoor lakefront fun. The house encompasses a full size bar and entertaining room with a pool table, two boat slips, tons of dock and deck space, an outdoor yet private 6 person hot tub, hard wood floors and custom made doors throughout, two indoor whirlpools, and views galore!
We are located right in the middle of the lake, widest and deepest part of the lake so NO weed issues. Walk right into the water from our beach or just enjoy sitting on our 1000 SF dock, perfect for bringing your own boat and slipping it on our protective dock whips or just viewing other boaters, fisherman, crew teams, and even sea planes. This home was built with love and time where I raised my kids part-time, and now I am offering this beautiful space for your enjoyment. We only ask to please be mindful of the hard work, fine details, and gratifying accommodations you'll receive as a guest when booking at this lakefront home.

Stay local or go out and explore by boat or car. Lake activities include paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, wake boarding, wake surfing, and fishing. Or anchor up at the sand bar and raft up with other boaters for fun in the sun. We have some of the best hiking trails in the region. The Appalachian Trail, parks, and beaches are all at your fingertips. Local favorite spots include dining at the Helm, craft coffee from Greenwood Lake Roasters and Bellvale Creamy, voted #2 ice cream in the entire country! Free summer concerts every weekend at the beach. Neighboring Warwick offers a drive-in movie theater, fall Applefest, farmers markets, wineries with live music, and Pennings Farm store with nursery, beer garden, and cidery. Fun for the whole family!
