St. Andrews Common 1664 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom air-conditioned townhome that sleeps up to eight when the trundle bed and sofa sleeper are used. Located on the upper floor, your home is surrounded by lush foliage and a beautiful view of your well-maintained community.



When you walk across the threshold into your townhome, you’ll be pleased to see the vaulted ceiling and large windows letting nature’s beauty into your living spaces. Your main living area and dining space is a step down from the kitchen and entry. There’s a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player so you can watch a favorite movie with your group. Pop up some popcorn and grab a seat on the comfortable couch, loveseat, or armchair. You also have free Internet within St. Andrews Common 1664 so you can check out websites for area attractions and email friends back home.



Just off your living room through French doors is your covered deck. It’s fun to sit around the deck’s table and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while you listen to the songbirds in the many trees around the property.
