The space
Lush landscaping and an acre of land alongside encompassing verdant greenery gives this property a feeling of complete serenity. One room seamlessly flows into the next with plush furniture and intricate area rugs sitting atop polished hardwood floors. This summer escape is close to historic sights and shopping in Southampton Village as well as stretching shorelines at pristine Cooper’s Beach.

Modern details blend with old-fashioned charm. Towering ceilings allow room for an abundance of windows, soaking the living space with soft, natural light. A sweeping staircase leads to the library—pick a book from the generously lined shelves before settling onto the plump couch. Afterwards, curl up on the lavish magenta sectional in the media room and get lost in a favourite family flick. French doors open out to the peaceful yard. In the evenings, a roaring fireplace under the sheltered patio is a cozy spot to enjoy a bottle of Pinot Noir.

Treat yourself (and the gourmet kitchen) to the luxury of a private chef for a taste of fresh fare at each meal—served in the elegant dining room or casual eatery. Nearby Sag Harbour is home to a variety of waterfront restaurants offering everything from raw oysters to chilled rosé.
