Art is love and love is art in this super artistic one bedroom apartment. Both of us have creative occupations so we wanted to renovate and design a space that represents us. It has its own charm, spirit and lots of quirky touches and restored pieces of furniture. We even have a "mascot" of the house - a vintage mailbox that you can also use as a safe for personal belongings. The Flat Manager team helps us with hosting. The space
When setting the space, we thought of solo travelers and couples who love adventures, authenticity and being in the centre of events. It's located on the third floor of a classical historical building in the liveliest area of the city, the so called Zhenski Pazar (translated Women's Market or Ladies' Market). That's the place in Sofia where you can literally buy, sell and see EVERYTHING. It's multicultural, dynamic and definitely an enriching experience! It's so close to the other main pedestrian streets that you won't really need to use transport but in case you do - several tram lines cross the area and the most important metro station "Serdika" is just 600 meters away (connected directly to the Airport and a switching stations between the two main lines).
Entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in the corridor. That's where our mascot - the mailbox resides. You'll also find hangers for your outwear, umbrellas and of course, access to all other rooms.
Bathroom and WC are combined. There's a mirrored bathroom vanity, open shower area and you will find it impeccably clean and loaded with hotel quality bath products. Cleaning supplies are available in the storage under the sink, in case you need them during your stay. :)
The common area features lounge area, dining area and a kitchen with an extremely nice view. We purposely chose to put bottom cabinets only. Enjoy a sunrise or a sunset (depending on if you're an early bird or a night owl) and you'll know why! We provided some pictures in the listing itself...it's just magical. Apart from beautiful, the kitchen is also convenient, featuring all Amenities needed to keep you well fed, hydrated and awake during your trip. You can enjoy lounging on the couch (which can be used as a bed for one small child), watching cable channels on the flat screen TV, having dinner on the dining table with comfy chairs or just browsing the internet via the fast WiFi connection. Surprises don't end here. For the music lovers, we have a gramophone. Don't hesitate to use it and jam the tunes!
The bedroom includes a queen - size bed, awesome relaxing chair (restored!), library with amazing books and picturesque limited editions, storage space for clothing, some really funky wall prints and...Air Conditioning. You won't have to fight the heat, nor demons in your sleep, as the bed is super comfortable.
