Our home is located on beautiful Middleton Mountain right on "The Coldstream" border within walking or biking distance to the beginning of the "Rail Trail" and in the summer to Kal Beach on the gorgeous Kalamalka Lake. We are also 30 minutes to Sovereign Lake cross country skiing and 32 minutes to Silver Star ski mountain. Just above us is McKergow Meadows. Watch the ducks or spy a deer, heron or osprey. Go for a great hike with fabulous views of the valley on Middleton Mountain.

We have a:
Separate entrance, with keyless entry, and the private whole downstairs

Kitchenette with pretty well everything you need.
Sitting area with 50" TV with Netflix and Prime.
Our kids are grown and are on their own so it’s just the two of us which means it’s pretty quiet for you.
A new Hide-A-Bed for that extra person.
Nice and cool in the summer with air conditioning and warm in the cooler months with electric fireplace and standard home heating.

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood on Middleton Mountain close to so many amenities such as:

Vernon Hospital - 5 km
We love to host doctors, nurses, travelling nurses, and medical students for longer stays.

Kal Beach/Kalamalka Lake- 2 km
Beautiful Kal Beach for tanning, relaxation, and great for a quick dip on the hot days.

Beginning of our 'Rail Trail" just 2km away. You can ride as far as you want and pass two lakes while ending up in Kelowna.

Silver Star Mountain second to Blackcomb and Whistler but still that small town feel - 30 minutes away

Predator Ridge Golf Course- with two fabulous 18 hole courses called "Predator" and the most gorgeous new "Ridge"course. There's a good chance you could bump into some NHL players and only 15 minutes away.

Vernon Golf and Country Club- another course to challenge your golfing skills and just down the road. Par 72, 6609 - yard course, that golfers claim plays farther than what the golf card says.

Kalamalka Provincial Park - 5 km Juniper and Jade Bay a gorgeous place to swim

Kelowna International Airport via Hwy 97 - 35 minutes

Kelowna city centre is just 45 minutes away with great shopping, fabulous bike routes, fancy restaurants and big city park right on the water.

Hiking up Middleton Mountain right from our house as well as McKergow Meadows with a small pond to watch the many ducks and almost guaranteed to see a few of our resident deer.

Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Shopping, Arenas, Walking Trails, Coffee Shops, Liquor stores and Pubs.
