The sheepfold in Aix-en-Provence, a former farm property, comprises two buildings: the "Grand Mas" with its inner courtyard and six bedrooms, and the "Petit Mas", a former mansion that has been converted into a guest house with three additional bedrooms, allowing it to accommodate 18 people for the price listed in the advertisement. On request, it is possible to add on specific request a third building, the GRANGE, for larger groups (up to 24 people) or those wishing to enjoy a large games room/bar lounge for an additional €320 per day.
Provence is a renowned region of France, and guests can enjoy its fruits at will from this property. An internationally renowned golf course, Pont Royal, and excellent vineyards are just minutes away, while the charming little town of Saint-Cannat is less than a 5-minute drive away, where herb cheeses, sausages, tapenades and other delicacies await you. Venture into the Luberon mountains and its renowned little villages, Lourmarin, Ménerbes or Lacoste to the north, or discover the famous Calanques National Park or climb Montagne Sainte Victoire, symbol of the painter Cézanne, to the south. You will always end up in the city of Aix-en-Provence, an architectural gem of the 17th century, the heart and capital of Provence, just 20 minutes away, with a plethora of markets and restaurants offering unique and colourful Provençal dishes in ancient streets. Finally, return home at golden hour and enjoy a glass of local "Côte de Provence" red wine in the airy courtyard or in the air-conditioned comfort of the sumptuous dining room. La bergerie d'Aix en Provence, ancienne propriété agricole, comprend 2 bâtiments, le "Grand Mas" avec sa cour intérieure et ses 6 chambres, et le "Petit Mas", une ancienne maison de Maître devenue une maison d'hôtes avec 3 chambres supplémentaires, ce qui permet de loger 18 personnes pour le prix affiché sur l'annonce. Il existe une possibilité, sur demande expresse, d'ajoindre un 3ème bâtiment, la GRANGE, pour des groupes plus imposants ( jusqu'à 24 personnes) ou ceux souhaitant bénéficier d'une grande salle de jeux / bar lounge moyennant un supplément de 320€/jour (Voir la rubrique "Photos supplémentaires" spécialement consacrée à LA GRANGE).
