Welcome, experience the 1840's in comfort. It is warm, comfortable, spacious & enriched with history and character. Former residence of Frank Browne, first man to conduct xray in Tasmania. Great location, CBD-3 min walk to restaurants, shops, city park & aquatic centre. The interior's been lovingly restored & currently there is restoration work on the exterior including a rear wall. This will not impact your stay.

Fantastic central location with easy walking access to many attractions e.g city park which hosts events like Festivale, James Boag Brewery who host the beer festival. Also 5 min walk to shops, restaurants,
supermarkets, and the aquatic centre.
Approximately a 20 minute walk to University/Aurora Stadium and Inveresk museum. Downhill there and return walk is up the hill of Tamar Street.

I grew up in Launceston before moving to live and work interstate and overseas. I returned to live in Hobart just before having my first of four children. My family love travelling and we love the concept of airbnb because it makes it more affordable for our family to do so.
