The space
You'll be amazed by the view from the bedroom and the shady terrace outside, and the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep or keep you company when you enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while you take in the hues of the sky as you watch the sunset. Zacharias seaside Studio was built using Kimolos' traditional architecture, completely renovated to a holiday home, and decorated with taste. It offers all modern conveniences, warmth, and cleanliness. It is the perfect location for an amazing vacation and moments of calmness by the sea.
Uniquely placed on the rocks at the side of the beach, entirely renovated, and furnished in traditional style.
The white color dominates in walls and in handmade furniture. Another characteristic feature is the big old-style entrance door in front of the house and the homemade wooden bed.
It has an open bedroom with a double bed with a soft Grecostrom mattress, an open area with a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and a private courtyard with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea.
Private sunbeds are at your disposal if you prefer to enjoy your sunbathing or the hues of the sunset. At night, you can enjoy the Aegean's starry sky.
A comfy table and chairs are available on the shady patio as well to ensure that you have a comfortable and convenient stay.

Guests have access to the entire property.
You can come to Zacharias Seaside Studio by bus or taxi from the port of Psathi. It has easy access, its distance is approximately 4 km from the port of Psathi or 3 km from the village of Kimolos.
If you visit the island by car or motorbike you can park near the house in a free parking lot.
Please note that the house is located right in front of the sea and the free parking lot is 50 meters away, from where you will need to continue walking to reach the house. It is not possible to get right outside the house by vehicle.
If you visit the island by vessel, you can moor it outside the house. Small vessels can be moored on the rocks next to the house if there is available space.
At a distance of 2 minutes (on foot), there is a bus stop to the village and the other beaches of the island.
We recommend that you rent a vehicle (car, scooter, etc.) to be able to explore the island easily.
Access to Kimolos
From Piraeus: Kimolos, is connected directly to Piraeus about 5 times a week in the summer months, by conventional ferries and high-speed ferries.
From Milos by airplane: Kimolos is supported by the airport of Milos.
From Milos: From Adamantas of Milos, take a taxi, bus, (or your vehicle), head towards Pollonia and then with the ferry Panagia Faneromeni you reach Kimolos in 20 minutes.
From other islands: Kimolos is connected by ship with other nearby islands, as well.
Other things to note
The house is delivered cleaned. During your stay we offer cleanliness and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days.
In the kitchen, you will find treats such as toast, jam, local honey of excellent quality, Greek coffee, French coffee, cappuccino and Nespresso tablets, tea, white and brown sugar, traditional cookies, juice, bottled water, portions of butter and portions of milk for your breakfast.
