Light, airy, one bedroom, one bathroom small unit. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Recently painted throughout. Clean and cozy. Only 200 mtrs to the beach. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area, kitchenette all with ocean views. Air purification systems with HEPA filters now installed to help trap any airborne viruses including COVID-19.

The space is designed to be an affordable option for couples spending one or two nights in Lorne. Not suitable for more than a few nights as there is no kitchen, unless you are lucky enough to dine out every night! There is a full fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frypan and small portable oven. There is a large tub for washing dishes.

Clean throughout, recently painted and only 200 meters from the beach.

Extra people after the first two are charged at $35 per head per night. Extra people sleep on the sofa bed. All linen and towels are supplied.

NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking is fine outside but please do not fill the inside bin with butts as the smell permeates the inside. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in an airtight container. If you do not have one just ask us as we can provide one for you. An extra cleaning charge will be applied if you dispose of cigarettes inside.

The neighbourhood is quiet and made up of permanent home owners and holiday makers. There is public access through the property to the beach. We have kangaroos grazing on the grass nightly, black cockatoo, kookaburra, magpie and echidna. Sometimes you will see dolphins, seals and whales.
