This camper is situated off of a small road with an amazing view of Castle Crags. It is parked along side an old victorian house built in 1896. It is 2 miles from Dunsmuir where there is access to gas, groceries, and restaurants. It’s the perfect location to enjoy a little privacy but also be near basic conveniences as well as some amazing hikes and wilderness views!!

The space
The camper is 19.5 for long with all the basic necessities for a fun vacation in the mountains. It is located near the pacific crest trail as it crosses soda creek.
It has one queen size bed with spare blankets located in the storage underneath the hatch bed. The couch also lays down into a bed.
A nice sized table is located behind the couch that can be pulled out for eating or playing board games/card at the end of a long day of adventuring.
A full bathroom is at the back of the trailer with all the basics needed for cleaning up.
There is room for storage in cabinets along both sides of the bed with hangers available to help keep your clothing organized if desired.
The kitchen has a 3 burner stove and small oven. There are pots and pans available for cooking/baking. Utensils and plates are in the cupboard above the sink. A full fridge and freezer is also available if needed.
There is no WiFi for our location and service can be spotty at the trailer; however, good service is just up the road near the bridge by the freeway (about 3 min drive) and there is a land line up at the house near the trailer for emergencies. Marsha is normally on site at the house for any questions or concerns.
Also the AC works well but our power does not allow large appliances like the microwave to run simultaneously. Please turn off AC when leaving the trailer for outings during the day.

Guest access
The Victorian house next to the camper is occupied by our grandma. Cute right? Grandmas house in the woods! She will be there for any additional questions or help if needed. Guest are welcome to explore around the grounds and woods surrounding the house. There are a couple little paths to wonder up that lead to little streams.

Other things to note
The gas stove needs to be lite with a lighter. There will be one available in the drawer. The fridge is gas powered as well as the heater. For these appliances to work the water heater has to be on. If it has turned off if we can light it back up.
Extra sheets and pillows are located in the cupboard in the bathroom.

The camper really is put in the woods. There isn’t much of a neighborhood just nature. However, Dunsmuir is real close and there is a gas station just 2 miles away that serves amazing sandwiches on homemade bread! To die for! There is also a dollar general in town and a couple other restaurants/stores. We can also give you some recommendations for some great hikes to waterfalls.
