Interaction with guests
Upon receiving full payment, lock box code will be provided to access keys outside the front door.
I only interact with my guest if I am contacted by security or management that there is an issue. Otherwise, I am available by phone or internet if the guest has any questions.
There are quiet hours from 10pm-8am that are strictly enforced. Absolutely incredible views of the ocean from the lanai. Beautiful ocean/beach side pool. People are friendly and respectful to each other.
There is a bus that picks folks up from right outside the condo. Takes folks to the airport and into town, and a few miles east of town. Does not run on the weekends... Unless you plan on resting or are athletic, I recommend renting a vehicle, there is much to do and see on Molokai and most is spread out from one end of the island to the other.
Other things to note
It's good to get your groceries in town before heading out to the condo.
Please take the trash out nightly or in the morning before you leave. No smoking in the condo or on the lanai. No loud partying and no loud noise from 10pm-8am.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back.

I have a deep love and respect for both Hawaii and Alaska. I've spent most my life in Alaska and enjoy traveling. I love connecting with nature, there is so much beauty and knowledge in every moment when one gets their mind out of the way. I am happy to answer questions and share my knowledge with others. I do my best to help guest and make their experience smooth and wonderful.
