Description

Located on Molokai. Breath taking views from the lanai of the ocean waves crashing on the rocks and the white sandy beach, located on the West Coast of Molokai. Nicely decorated and equipped with linens, kitchen ware, beach towels and chairs, bogey boards, cooler, etc.

Kepuhi Beach Resort formally known as Kaluakoi Resort. My condo is the larger size studio at the resort. Has a queen bed with bunk, Sleeps 4 comfortably. Full kitchen with toaster oven. Remodeled 2 years ago with practically everything new including linens and kitchen ware. Tastefully done with aloha.

Wireless private internet connection. Flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable package. Boggie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, and other goodies. Laundry facilities just a short walk from condo.

Upon receiving full payment, lock box code will be provided to access keys outside the front door.
I only interact with my guest if I am contacted by security or management that there is an issue. Otherwise, I am available by phone or internet if the guest has any questions.

There are quiet hours from 10pm-8am that are strictly enforced. Absolutely incredible views of the ocean from the lanai. Beautiful ocean/beach side pool. People are friendly and respectful to each other.

There is a bus that picks folks up from right outside the condo. Takes folks to the airport and into town, and a few miles east of town. Does not run on the weekends... Unless you plan on resting or are athletic, I recommend renting a vehicle, there is much to do and see on Molokai and is spread out from one end of the island to the other.

I rent a mini van as well, $50 per day. It is regularly maintained and is available for pickup and drop off at the airport.

This place was so lovely! I stayed with my 8-year old son and we loved it. Short walk down to the pool and the beach, and even a little convenience type store right by the pool. Secluded, pretty quiet, though there were kids above us that got loud a couple times. Great kitchen stocked with lots of tools - bring your own oil and spices to cook with, there was a couple things there when we stayed but good to be prepared. You will need a vehicle, as Molokai is quite rural and there's no public transportation that I saw. Even the towns are tiny and quaint. I didn't want to leave!

Make sure you book a car FIRST before anything. While Michael kindly provided some contacts for possible car rentals, we found there were absolutely no cars available for rent on the island. We spent $90 on taxi rides too and from the airport, and there's not much access to much else beyond the condo. Other than that the location was remote, relaxing, and beautiful.

Michael responds very quickly and is really nice! I stayed here with two of my friends for two nights and it was very comfortable for us, there were plenty of towels and the pots and pans are brand new. The condo is on resort grounds, they have a lovely bbq area, and the pool is great too! The view from the patio is stunning and I enjoyed the wild turkeys! The people here are really friendly, I definitely recommend a car for getting around though. Michael also rents a van to his guests, however the dates of availability don't coincide with the condo so if you want the car during your stay, be sure to ask about it before you book. Thanks for a great stay Michael!

Molokai is amazing. It is untouched by commercialism and crowds and holds pristine views and natural landscapes. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean and the occasional large bird wandering by - turkeys and peacocks. The people are very friendly and the island is great getaway, especially from the tourist traps. Even still, there are enough places that serve tourists that it doesn't seem like you've bandined civilzation.

The location to the beaches and a place to watch the sunsets is fantastic. Other people staying in outher units were very friendly. Very secluded and private. Felt safe at all times. Local groceries were very expensive but drive a little and sace alot. Local organic vegetable farm and a local cooperative meat processing plant are two nearby places to purchase fresh food at reasonable prices.

Very nice place, and Michael was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Comfortable bed too! Also nice that snorkel gear and other beach stuff was available, though surf was too high in winter to use it.

I have a deep love and respect for both Hawaii and Alaska. I've spent most my life in Alaska and enjoy traveling. I love connecting with nature, there is so much beauty and knowledge in every moment when one gets their mind out of the way. I am happy to answer questions and share my knowledge with others. I do my best to help guest and make their experience smooth and wonderful.
