Our rooms are located above Dale’s Place (Restaurant & Bar) just .2 miles from the GAP Trail in the quiet town of Smithton. A great place to wind down after a day on the trail, river, or golf course. These are individual rooms with two shared (locking) restrooms. Downstairs, Dale’s Place (smoking establishment) has a full menu and daily food specials everyday (11am-10pm M-S Sunday 11-7), full bar, internet access, six packs to go and entertainment on weekends.

We offer short and long term stays for a reasonable rate with a shower, WiFi, and a great place to eat and have a beer on the first floor. I love biking, hiking and the outdoors in general making this building a perfect fit for my newest business venture. Stop by and see us sometime!
