'Potential for noise' This is mentioned as the apartment is on 1st floor of house and the property is across the road from the beach so at rush hour times you will have the noise of cars passing'.

The space
This is a tastefully decorated 135 sq meter loft conversion Studio style with All mod cons, actually the apartment is much bigger in real than the pictures make it feel. Very Spacious.

Views over the sea and owner is very accommodating and lives on sight if you need anything.

Please note - Smoking is only allowed on the Veranda and not inside apartment.

I do take 1 to 2 night booking to fill gaps so enquire in case I can accommodate you.

Across the road from our local beach and only 1.5 km from AMAZING Anse Royale Beach and Anse Royale, a hub with restaurants, bank, pharmacy, hospital, gift shops and GREAT fish and vegetable shop and ISPC for more deluxe food shopping.

400 meters from supermarket Kumar Kumar and next door to a bakery and small indian shop for all basics.
