Well appointed, very comfortable accommodation, close to beach, restaurants, shopping and public transport. Located in a beach side suburb only 3 kms from the CBD. Easy access to all amenities. Extremely convenient when visiting Melbourne, comfort without the hustle and bustle. Lovely garden setting with a private gym and swimming pool (heated outdoor). Private sleeping accommodation with private bathroom. Recently installed lift to all levels. Hydronic heating and air conditioning.

The space
My town house is over 4 levels. Guests have use of 3 levels with my own private accom on level 4. There is a lift which enables easy access. You have your own private fully equipped bathroom with all requirements provided - towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner etc.
I am very comfortable with you sharing common spaces but don’t put any pressure on people to have to interact. You are welcome to use all facilities for cooking, washing, the gym or the pool (weather permitting) I look forward to meeting you! 😀

Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Wide streets, most tree-lined. One block back from the beach 2 streets from the main shopping centre (high street) with many restaurants, cafes and shops...also supermarkets and post office, banks etc. easy, relaxed lifestyle.

I love Music - virtually anything with a melody. Go to the theatre, ballet and galleries. Retired. Active. Walk every day (if poss) go to gym, ride my bike.
