The villa is ideally located on the tip of the Cap Ferret peninsula giving you both walking and cycling access to the basin (500 meters) and the ocean dune (400 meters). This beautiful villa entirely renovated of more than 200m2 built on 2 levels will seduce you by its architecture, its quality rehabilitation and its location.
