Comfortable home in Saint Pée sur Nivelle. Located 20min from the beach and at the foot of the mountain. 20 km from Biarritz, 10 km from Espelette, 5 km from the small train of the Rhune de Sare and in the middle of nature. New house with 3 bedrooms and a large living room very bright. Terrace , barbecue. No wifi. Beach and mountain nearby. Housekeeping is not included. 15 minutes from Cambo les Bains, for curists.
