Set in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, 90km south of Melbourne, and five minutes drive from the village of Sorrento, Lilo studio is a short walk to the bay, the ocean beach and the local general store.

The space
The studio, separate from our house, is set in a secluded garden with private deck and lawn area surrounded by established coastal ti-trees. There are 2 loungers on the lawn and outdoor dining table and canvas chairs on the deck.
The open plan living area, with sliding doors to the deck and garden, has a super comfy couch, a well equipped kitchenette, a queen size bed, reverse cycle heating and cooling, ensuite shower room and laundry facilities.
Netflix and unlimited wi-fi available.
All linen is supplied and breakfast ingredients provided for the first morning.
Complimentary wine and snacks on arrival.
An iron and ironing board is available on request.

A little further afield are weekly farmers markets, mineral springs, wineries with award winning restaurants, micro breweries, regional galleries, sculpture parks, 2 more cinemas, a drive-in theatre, and more golf courses.
Our place is 15 minutes drive from Peninsula Hot Springs.
It is also a short walk to bay and surf beaches with maps of walking tracks provided.
