The site is located in the village named "Horto". The village is located in Pelion, the mythical mountain of the Centaurs, where it is washed by the green waters of the Pagasitic Gulf and within a short distance you can visit the famous beaches of the Aegean Sea. The large city of Volos is only 45 km away, access by public transport or by private car. The village has a mini market and many options for food.

The space
The space consists of 4 houses (one for personal use and the other three for rent) with the only common, the common entransce in the yard. This particular house (HORTO HOUSE 1) consists of the kitchen-living room where it has one single bed, another room where is the main bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The house has a TV, air condition, a full kitchen with a small oven and a fireplace. The houses have private parking for 2 cars and space next to the road for another 3 cars. Apart from the beautiful and quiet beach at a distance of 80 meters from the house there are many others at a distance of 5 minutes. The mini market for the essentials as well as the restaurants, bakery, bar is at a distance of 100 meters and the access is very comfortable on foot. Due to the fact that the three houses are next to each other, it is ideal for groups of up to 10 people (3 people in one house 3 people in the other house and 4 people in the last one) or for families of 10 people. This particular house is Horto House 2 the other is Horto House 1 and the last one is the Horto House 3 . In this case, please check the availability.

The house as well as the neighborhood are very quiet. The very close distance to the beach, restaurants, bakery, mini market and bar makes it perfectly an ideal destination for both companies and family vacations.
