Guest access
Pretty much the whole house is available to guests.

Other things to note
The main thing to note is that we do recommend that guests have use of a car during their stay as it is not quite within walking distance of local amenities.

As well as the obvious winter attractions that Myoko has to offer, there is also much to see and do during the ‘Green Season’. Spring offers amazing cherry blossoms and displays of wild flowers, in summer the mountains offer a little respite from the heat and humidity of the cities and during Autumn nature puts on a stunning show of colour.
If you are looking for an activity based holiday the area has abundant hiking trails for all levels, a new mountain biking course will open this year at Ikenotaira, there are great road cycling routes as well as several first class golf course, water sports at Lake Nojiriko and several camping areas.
For those in need of relaxation the area is most well known for its many onsen which utilize the mineral content of the local volcanic water to soothe the body and mind. In summer these include some beautiful outdoor Onsen where you can appreciate the spectacular surroundings while bathing. There are also yoga classes available conducted by a local instructor.
For food lovers, the region is well known for its fresh seafood, rice and soba noodles as well as some amazing ramen. It is also renowned for its sake due to the abundance of clear mountain water and locally grown rice and several local wineries.
Along with many beautiful shrines and temples all with the stunning backdrop of the Myoko and Echigo mountain ranges this makes Myoko a great place to visit at any time of year.
If you are planning to visit Tokyo for the Olympics this year but would also like to experience more of the beauty of rural Japan, this area has it all and is within easy travelling distance of Tokyo.
