We have a studio room with a kitchenette, microwave, pot, pans, bowls, ... a fridge, a king size bed, wardrobe, TV, ... What's special about our apartment is the large, clean toilet and large balcony, overlooking the city and swimming pool below.

My apartment is located near the sea so you can walk along the beach early in the morning or afternoon to watch the sunrise or sunset. Our location is convenient to go to the famous tourist spots in Da Nang such as: Tra Que Vegetable Village, Thanh Ha Pottery Village, Asian Park, Hot Spring Than Tai mountain, Cham Island.
Nearly there is a market selling a lot of fresh seafood and cheap. If you want to ask the landlord to buy or help to buy good price.
