Our apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a cosy kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Wank.
The apartment is very quiet and ideal starting point for hikes and other activities. The Olympic ski stadium with ski jump and Eckbauer cable car can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the Partnachklamm in about 20 minutes.

The space
What makes our place special?
For the furnishing, we used both new and used furniture and objects that are harmoniously coordinated with each other. This mix makes the apartment comfortable, but also cozy.
What was important to us was a comfortable bed - we chose natural latex mattresses and a well-functioning kitchen-living room (including an induction hob), in which you like to stay and feel at home.
New is a sofa bed in the kitchen. We can now accommodate 3 people. The sofa is approx. 120 cm wide when folded.
For toddlers, a baby cot can be placed in the bedroom.
Really nice is also the small balcony, where you can have breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the Wank or spend a relaxing afternoon in the lounger.
And then, of course, there is the great area with countless mountains and hiking opportunities and many mountain lakes for hot days.
In winter, ski and snowboard fans will get their money's worth. With the Garmisch Classic ski area and the Zugspitzarena, everything is there for beginners as well as absolute professionals.
The cross-country ski trail is about 10 minutes' walk away.

As I said, our house is absolutely quiet in a pure residential area on the south-eastern edge of the village, near the Olympic ski jumps.
We love to just walk from here and either go on our favorite tours (which we also like to tell you) or have a coffee in the pedestrian zone.
The Eckbauer cable car at the Olympic ski stadium with ski jump is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Partnachklamm is about 20 minutes away.
It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the Kainzenbad, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
A supermarket is just 500 meters down the road and you walk to the train station for about 15 minutes.
The two town centres are each about 15 (Partenkirchen) to 20 minutes (Garmisch) away.
The Classic Ski Resort is a 10-minute drive away.
