New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1930´s. Security 24hrs , wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a laundry room in the building.
The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom.

The space
Metro (San Cosme) and Metrobus (Buenavista) stations 10 minutes walking and the Kiosko Morisco (iconic early XX century mexican design) only 5 blocks away. Also a big supermarket just around the corner and a classic Mexican mercado five minutes walking. Santa Maria La Ribera, besides being one of the emerging trendy neighborhoods with museums and art spaces, had no damage after the latest earthquakes. Very accesible to Downtown, Reforma, Juárez, Roma, Polanco, Condesa.
