"The Annex" is the perfect location for a calm and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. Truly a neighbourhood that offers something for everyone. 1 bedroom for up to 2 guests. Walk to 4 subway stations, 4 (24hr) buses, Castle Loma, Royal Ont. Museum, Yorkville, U of T, Kensington, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and shopping. Subway to York University.

• Spacious lower level suite with two separate entrances.
• 1 bedroom for up to 2 guests in a private self contained suite.
• There is one bathroom equipped with a shower.
• All amenities such as bed sheets, towels and toiletries are made available to you during your stay.
• If there is anything that is missing during your stay, please feel free to ask for it. We have recently renovated the space with modern finishing within our 100+ year old Victorian house.
Totally separate private suite with a queen bed in a private bedroom, private bathroom, living room, laundry room and a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle. Equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, kitchen towels, dish detergent, spices etc.

• Our home is in The Annex, one of the hippest and most historic sections of town.
• Location-wise, it is hard to beat: it's a green and leafy neighbourhood but still just a stone's throw away from the downtown hustle and bustle. We are a 10 minute walk from Bloor St. (one of the lifelines of Toronto), Yorkville, Shopping and attractions.
• Interesting little restaurants are all around: Live (3 minute walk), Fresh on Bloor, Fat Pasha (5 min walk), Rose & Sons (7 min walk), and many, many more.
• We have a number of wonderful yoga studios near our house: Kula Yoga (10 min walk) and Ahimsa are great.
• If you are craving an excellent coffee shop, try The Common, an independent shop with great coffee and free wifi.
