Welcome to our Coastal Boho three-bedroom weatherboard beach house. 400 metres to the water's edge of Koonya surf beach in one direction and 10-minutes' walk to the calm bay beach. A two minute drive each way to Sorrento & Blairgowrie villages. Come & sip wine in our hanging chair & palm lounge while you watch the kids play in the sand pit row boat. Sit back, enjoy & create life long memories.

An enviable location on the narrowest strip of the southern peninsula. Just 100m to the gourmet goodies of the Koonya General Store to indulge after invigorating days in the surf. And only a 2 minute drive either way to Sorrento Village and Blairgowrie Village. Very cosy in the winter with a wood fire heater, reverse cycle system and a wall heater in the living areas. And wall heating in all bedrooms.

Cabana Sands Beach House has two separate cottages. The Front House & The Bungalow. This listing is for the Front House ONLY. You will have your own privacy and private garden. You only need to share the drive way (allocated areas) & laundry area.
