The space
The house is literally in front of the sea, in a quiet area all you can hear are the voices of people swimming in the sea birds and cicadas.
Me and my family equipped our little studio the way we wanted to find one for ourselves.
It's also important for us to make our guests feel at home in the first place, feel Greek hospitality, so they'll have a great holiday.
The word FILOXENIA, whose closest English translation is hospitality, is very important to us Greeks, we like hospitality because we were raised as children, I think it's in our DNA.
So we honor our ancestors and parents who taught us the meaning of the word hospitality, a word that's important when you put it into practice and not when you say it.

In the Studio you will find a double bed and a bunk bed for a child,
a small fully equipped kitchen to make a breakfast or a light lunch or dinner,
In the fridge you will find bread, ham or bacon, cheese, butter, jam, honey, orange juice various soft drinks and water,
On the kitchen shelf you will find nescafe frappe, nescafe espresso, filter coffee and tea for your first breakfast,
In the bathroom you'll find everything you need for your own hygiene, shampoo, body cream soap, hand cream soap, and soap,
In the closet for your clothes you will find extra towels, sheets, (and blankets for the winter months), if you do not have beach towels we can provide her,
Also in the studio there is an air conditioner that will cool the studio for the summer months and warm it in the winter.
A desktop computer with seamless internet 50 mbps,
Inside the drawer there is always a new map of Halkidiki that you can consult for your excursion to this beautiful place called Halkidiki,
And finally, inside the studio you'll find many things to make your stay more comfortable.

Nea Skioni is located at the southwestern end of the Kassandra peninsula, approximately 110 km from Thessaloniki. It is a traditional Greek village built on an enchanting and rare natural beauty landscape, where visitors have the opportunity to combine swimming and take a walk in a pine forest.
From the old village of Tsaprani we have today the church of Agia Triada where celebration and dedication to tradition takes place every year.
Apart from the impressive natural beauty of this village, it is worth seeing the church of Panagia Faneromeni, built 2 km from the village, decorated with frescoes of the 16th century. In 1881 this church was granted to the Patriarchate by the monastery of Flamouriotis Thessaly and celebrates each year on 23 August with an excessive ceremony and a large number of people gather.
According to Thucydides, the Shadow was built by the Pelelerians from the Peloponnese on their return from the Trojan War.
Later the Athenians brought the Plataeans to live here.
The mountain village of Tsaprani is the precursor of today's village of Skioni.
The inhabitants of Tsaprani gradually occupied the sea area during the second decade of our century.
The harbor of the village is one of the largest in Hersonissos, where there are cargoes of fishing boats from the Thermaikos Gulf, even from the northern Sporades.
A walk in the harbor will surely result in a nice meal at one of the village's fish shops, undoubtedly a tempting proposition for every visitor.
