Pansol Hot Spring Private Resort was originally intended as a rest house for our family. It is not really for rent to the Pansol General (walk-in) Market. Thus, we can guarantee its cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort.

The water used in the swimming pool is directly from the fiery heart of Mount Makiling because the Resort is located near it.

It is perfect for family gatherings, office outings, parties and various events.

The space
A 900 sq. mtr. resort which has a 2 storey house (the "main house") and a separate one (the "smaller house") for the kitchen and caretaker's quarters. The smaller house also has an outdoor (covered) grilling area where you can grill your food. Please bring or buy your own charcoal (uling), or you can buy at the nearby market.

We charge Php 300 for the use of Stove/s and LPG; also, if your family or group will use karaoke, we charge Php 500 for rental (we no longer own one, we just rent them from suppliers in the area).

It has a pool, a garden and (1) indoor and (up to 5) outdoor parking spaces.

The main house has three (3) rooms in the G/F and two (2) rooms in the 2nd floor. It has two (2) kitchens, one (1) at the G/F and another at the 2nd floor.

Except for special occasions, the 2nd floor is usually NOT for rent; In case you want to rent the second floor, please let us know. Prices are different and not listed here since we have to fix and remove personal things there.

For the price stated, you can use the pool, grill, two (2) kitchens in the G/F, garden, three (3) rooms in the G/F, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and the G/F sala.
