The space
Beau Rivage graces Baie Rouge, one of French St Martin's most pristine and scenic beaches, nestled in Terres Basses within the exclusive, privately gated Residence de Baie Rouge enclave, a sanctuary for sea turtles. A tropical palm frond gate welcomes you to a paved driveway, winding through manicured lawns, palm trees, and lush gardens.

The grand entrance, a travertine stairway lined with columns, reveals a stunning seascape, mere steps from the shoreline. As twilight descends, the glimmering lights of Anguilla and a star-studded sky provide a romantic backdrop. The focal point of the vast terrace is the glass mosaic-trimmed heated pool and a raised hot tub, bordered by in-pool sun decks and comfy in-water loungers.

Indulge in relaxation with plush daybeds and loungers by the pool and beach, or find shade in the poolside gazebo with al fresco dining and an overhead ceiling fan. A covered veranda offers respite from the sun, featuring various seating and dining areas, and a convenient half bath.

Both the outdoor and indoor spaces are designed for comfort and elegance. Decorated in calming natural sky and aqua tones, the air-conditioned interiors offer high vaulted ceilings, travertine floors, and stylish furnishings. The great room provides a 65” Sony OLED smart TV and indoor dining for six at a tavola table. French doors lead to the ocean-view terrace, and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen boasts a center island, black marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar access on the terrace.

Accessed from the pool terrace, the three ensuite master bedrooms offer romantic retreats with plush W Hotel king-size mattresses, luxury bed linens, and ocean views. Each room features a Sony smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The pristine ensuite baths offer double sink vanities, lighted make-up mirrors, and spacious open showers with plush towels.

Beau Rivage offers privacy and relaxation, with optical fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and a Sonos music system with 12 Polk audio speakers. Experience casual elegance, luxury, and comfort in a stunning beachfront setting. Note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
