DESCRIPTION
“Aegean Seashell” villa is built in two levels and has a total area of 140 sq.m. making it suitable for families and small groups of friends. The ground floor consists of a large living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor features two more big bedrooms, the one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom. Both levels of the villa have large verandas with wonderful sea views. The garden has been recently reshaped with many colorful plants and herbs, where you can have BBQ parties! The new walk in pool is ideal for elder people and kids.

This amazing house is a country-side villa, the private beach is less than 2 minutes away, the beach of Ayia Irini with the palm trees and the little bar-tavern is less than 1 kilometer from here and famous "Pounda" beach with the kite surf and sea sports facilities is just 1 kilometer away. There you will find a white resturant with beautiful view and a great wine selection! There is also a mini market where you can buy all basics.
The main town and port of Parikia is about 7,4 kilometers away from the villa and the airport is another 6,4 km away to the opposite direction.
