Relax and have fun! What makes our space unique is that it is comfortable, clean, convenient, peaceful, and safe. No matter what the season, your stay will prove to be both relaxing and fun! Enjoy popcorn and a Netflix movie; a relaxing glass of wine or warm tea by our gentle cascading water pond; a majestic view of sunrise or sunset at the community beach; or an enjoyable walk around the waterfront neighborhood to unwind your mind and uplift your spirit. Adults and children alike can find some great books and reading pleasure at the "little library" with its rustic, outdoor reading area. River Sweet is centrally located between Annapolis, (16 minutes/8.2 miles), Baltimore (27 minutes/22.7 miles), and Washington D.C. (43 minutes/35.6 miles) for fun excursions, and the neighborhood mini mart and restaurant (3 minutes/1.1 miles) are great for a last minute grocery need or bite to eat. Our neighborhood is nestled on a private peninsula. It is safe and beautiful. Walking in the neighborhood yields beautiful views of both the Little Round Bay and the Severn River. The community beach is located just a short walk down our front road. There is a community mini mart and restaurant close by and we are centrally located to fun excursion in Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C.

I'm Linda, and I live in Crownsville, Md. with my wonderful husband, Scott and 14-year old daughter, Amy, as well as our in-door rescue cat, Rinse who can say "Hello"! :P
I am a water freak! I feel like I live in Paradise since I can go down to the river anytime and play on it, fish/crab on it, swim in it, or sit next to it. My part-time job is aqua therapist and trainer, as well as Pilates Instructor. Yoga and Pilates on the stand-up paddle board is great fun. Growing and cooking with herbs is a passion of mine as well as sharing wine and grilled dinners with my husband. My family, friends and faith mean everything to me.
I love to meet new people and provide a nice place for them to stay. I find joy in making their accommodations as comfortable as possible and providing the best service to them during their stay.
