It's in a privileged setting! Close to everything and at the same time you don't have a house in front and you're surrounded by nature. It's a house that stays cool even when it's hot. Ideal for resting after an intense day in San Sebastian. All rooms face outwards.
It consists of two bedrooms, one bed of 1.60 and in the other two beds of 1.05. You'll find the beds made, towels, kitchen towels, detergent... the basics of a house.
