Beautiful apartment, recently refurbished and with amazing views to both, the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

It is a quiet area, well communicated to the city center by public transport and going down the stairs, in no more than five minutes you will reach the Cala Mayor beach.

The space
Easy Access to the beach through a five minute walk going down the stairs. The apartment has an outstanding 20 square meter terrace perfectly equipped for your enjoyment, from where you can relax staring at the sea or the mountains.

If you’re into bike riding this is your spot, as in a matter of minutes you could be riding the different routes available, both on the road or the mountain.

If you’re not planning to use a car or a bike and don’t feel like walking neither, don’t worry, you will enjoy the benefits of having a bus and a taxi stop just down the street, and in case you need it, a five star hotel is just behind you.

Everything is set to make your life easy: free Wi-Fi, A/C (hot & cold) and electric radiators for those that need something extra warmth; the room has a ceiling fan, perfect for those heated summer nights and the kitchen is totally equipped with an oven, a microwave, freezer, glass ceramic hob, blender, and of course, a washing machine.
