Located 1km from the centre of Morzine, Apartment 12 has fantastic views south over the town and mountains and is accessible via the stairs or the lift. Featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two double/twin rooms, one small room with bunk beds for two people and a double sofa bed. it is perfect for up to 8 people, but just in case there is also a trundle bed that can be used for an additional guest & travel cot for a baby. There is secure bike storage and a ski locker

The space
There is a ramp up to the front door and lift access to the ski locker, cave and apartment.

Guests have access to the whole appartment, a ski locker, cave (basement storage area) and car parking space.

Other things to note
The cleaning cost includes linen/towels for all guests.

It is a quiet area of Morzine but with excellent access to the town via walking, car or the free Navette bus. The Chaudanne restaurant and Sherpa Bar are just five minutes walk to the apartment. The town centre is a further five minutes walk away.
