My place has a great view over the city in a quite and safe neighbourhood. It is close to the cataract gorge which is great for walks, coffee, restaurant, dinning, swimming and childrens play ground. It It is approximately 20 mins car drive from Launceston airport and 5 minutes into the centre of town. West Launceston is hilly so a car is recommended.

The apartment, which is located under my private residents, provides a comfortable space with all home comforts peace, quite and privacy.

The space
Great in the summer, you can enjoy your own outside deck.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children). The whole spare shown in the pictures will not be shared with anyone else not in your booking. I sometimes dog sit my fur grandson and he may be in the garden. Also my grandson and myself my be seen doing a spot of gardening.

Quite neighbourhood, close to a local shop and the Cataract Gorge. Area hilly which goes with views. 5-10 minutes drive into the centre of town.
