We all would like to wish you and your family a happy new year 2018 and do apologize for any shortfalls in this sometimes hectic season. Usually they are always on top of it but informed that there was a delayed check out jeopardizing all the efforts of your smooth arrival. Dubai Tourism tax applies equally to any Hotel or serviced apartments like mines. In order to serve guests best possible the check in time should be known and respective check out timings must be set in respect to the next guest and cleaning in between as you experienced. My team supports check ins around the clock 24/7 but subject to the fees outlined in all details and you were aware of, have acknowledged and accept at time of instantly booking my apartment. The entire apartment smelled like segregates, even the bed sheets. The mattress was not comfortable at all, and the bedroom did not have a proper curtains it was so bright after sunrise which made it hard to sleep.
