About this listing
This cozy, unique first level apartment has hardwood floors and lots of light with an eclectic feel. With privacy and all the amenities, you'll feel at home on this tree-lined street, quiet suburb of Baltimore.
My apartment has a unique layout with the kitchen is on the lower level. There you'll find the coffee bar, (tea and hot chocolate as well).
Access to the kitchen amenities
Television in the living room with cable
Interaction with guests
I have the pleasure of being a home care nurse, my cases come with long hours, so during the week, there may not be too much interaction. When I am home, I'm working on other business ventures or taking time to relax. I do like to socialize so we may get in a conversation and some laughs. But if you're the more independent type, you'll be just fine.
Other things to note
If you're driving, street parking is available and safe.
My cat Treble, he mainly stays on the lower level, unless I'm home. I keep the guest room door closed so he doesn't go "snooping", a typical cat he's nosey :)
Something to note, I live in a 4 unit apt building, you may hear the neighbor upstairs.
- The guest is certainly welcomed, but I prefer no outside visitors during your stay. No alcohol beverages. I ask that you treat my place with respect.

A little about me, hmmm...
I am a nurse and an entrepreneur, because I believe you shouldn't rely on just one income.
Things I love: the Caribbean-sun, white sand beaches, clear blue waters, oh and the food!! Self-help books, relevant quotes, meaningful conversation, healthy living, good food, massages(hot stone specifically), get away weekends, shoes;).
5 things I can't live without: hot tea w/ lemon and honey, pineapple, Burts Bees lip balm, a good scripture, and breakfast.
I definitely consider myself a social being, I like meeting new people and learning who they are, but...after a while, I need retreat to myself.
If I had to choose a life motto, I guess it would be... "Not afraid to go solo!"
