Nice Private Room in a beautiful renovated house in the historical center of the city. It has all the comforts to make it a fantastic stay and to help you with all the information and advice you need.

Infinity of places of interest for all the guests.

For work reasons, I am at home some periods and others I spend away, but you will always feel my concern for your well-being and I will be happy to help you with whatever you may need.

The space
The house is located in a very charming Sevillian courtyard. It has been completely renovated and all the furniture, mattresses, appliances, utensils and rooms are new. I use my time both in Seville and in other cities of Spain for work reasons, but I will always be willing to help you so that you can discover the magical places that Seville has, as well as its gastronomy and its traditions. Anyway, you will never feel alone, since there are always guests in other rooms that are passing through the city, trying to explore every corner of it.

This neighborhood is called San Julian and is full of life with its bars, tapas, coffee shops, concerts. In the 90's the neighborhood had a change at all levels and were rehabilited all old house and began to be occupied by artists and bohemians of Seville, from being a slum to be a neighborhood where live many social classes and where everybody knows everybody. Proximity to old town makes this neighborhood one of the most attractive for those who want to explore the city and know the essence and the manners people Sevilla. In this neighborhood will find many bars where people gather to have a beer and socialize.

The District of San Julián in the city of Seville (Spain), is part of the district Historical City Center. It mixes modern blocks of up to 7 floors with traditional houses with one or two floors. The main center is the Plaza de San Julián, where the parish is located. It has the same name as the neighborhood and inside is the image of San Julián.

The great festivals of the neighborhood are celebrated in the month of September with the Velá de la Hiniesta at the beginning of the month and with the Festivals in honor of the Virgin of the Rosary at the end of the same month. At Christmas, the royal paje is paraded through the streets of the neighborhood and in May the traditional May Crossings are installed in San Julián Square and in the Plaza del Pelícano.

During your stay

We like to attend to our guests, and their needs are ours. In our experience with Airbnb we have shared great moments with many of our guests, going out to show them the city or chatting about trips and places to visit. On other occasions when our guests are more independent, we are always available for what they may require, but giving them the space they demand.
