This typical Greek guesthouse of 60 m2 is situated just outside of Parikia in the area of Agia Irini. Here you can enjoy the quietness, privacy, and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. you can find it in a 5 min. drive by car. It is the perfect base from where you can explore the island. The famous kite surf beach is on a 5 min drive. The small port of Pounta, from where you can go to Anti Paros, is very close by. Naoussa is only 10 km away.

The space
The guesthouse has the atmosphere of a typical Greek house from the old days. Cozy, simple, but with everything you need. It is 60 m2 and offers 2 rooms connected with a door. Both rooms have their own bathroom with shower, a sitting area, kitchenette with a fridge, and entrance. It sleeps up to max 5 adults or a family of 2 adults, 4 small children, and a baby.
One room has a double bed and the other room 2 single beds and a sleeping sofa. A baby cot is available on request.
The house offers you the possibility to prepare breakfast and/or an easy meal. It is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a water kettle, and a fridge.
Both rooms have air conditioning.
The house offers an outdoor sitting area with sea view where you can enjoy your meal or just a drink!

The appartment is perfect situated for people who are looking for an area just outside of the tourist zone. On the other hand it is very close to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches etc. The kite-surf beach and the ferry boat to Anti Paros is on a 5 minute drive distance. Naoussa is 10km. Aliki and the airport 6 km. The port 5 km.
Other activities nearby are horse riding, diving, sailing, wind surfing, bicycling, hiking, fishing.
Last but not least there are plenty of beaches nearby for swimming, snorkling or just sunbathing.
